The Street Bike is up again

After discovering that rust and gunk had made its way into the carbs from the gas tank, and several attempts at cleaning by myself and neighbors and friends and coworkers, I finally got the Street Bike running again last night.

We cleaned the carbs (Thanks Rod). I cleaned the tank. I tried to remove metallic stuffs (Thanks Ben). I removed, cleaned, and ultimately replaced the fuel filter (Thanks Ed). I had suggestions and help from many others on how to fix it up. I tightened the battery leads, and viola, she was back on the street.

June 1st, the first good weather day in quite a while during the week, I rode to work again. Its nice to get back into the saddle.
